The faculty and staff at Ebbets Field Middle School are a talented and diverse cadre of professionals; expert and passionate in their respective roles. Our teachers and paraprofessionals nurture student intellectual growth and development. Counselors and school aides attend to the social-emotional and cultural needs of students. Together we foster a school environment that ensures student success day-to-day and year-to-year.
Faculty and staff efforts are organized through small connective units (teams) across the school. Teachers plan instruction and conduct inquiry through content teams. Counseling and Student Success Support teams work together through cultural-responsiveness as well as restorative practices and approaches.
